AI Voca ("Service") values your privacy and complies with applicable data protection laws. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

1. Information We Collect

Account Registration

• Email address
• Login method (Google or email)
• Internal user identifier

Automatically Collected Information

• Device information (OS type and version)
• App usage and learning progress data
• Error logs and access records
• Advertising identifiers (Android Advertising ID (AAID), iOS Advertising Identifier (IDFA)) — only for users to whom in-app ads are shown

This information does not directly identify individuals. Advertising identifiers can be reset or opted out of at any time in your device settings (see Section 6).

2. Purpose of Data Collection

We use personal information to:

• Manage user accounts
• Store learning progress and provide personalized features
• Respond to customer support inquiries
• Improve service stability and quality
• Serve in-app advertisements and measure ad performance (only for users to whom ads are shown)

3. Data Retention

Personal information is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill its purpose.

• Upon account deletion: data is deleted without delay
• When required by law: data is retained for the legally mandated period

4. Data Sharing

We do not share personal information with third parties, except:

• With user consent
• When required by law
• When advertising identifiers and related data are shared with advertising providers to serve in-app ads (detailed in Section 6)

5. Data Processing Services

We may use third-party services to improve the Service.

• Firebase (Google LLC)
  • Purpose: analytics, crash reporting, service stability
  • Data: anonymized usage data
• Google AdMob (Google LLC)
  • Purpose: serving in-app ads, ad performance measurement, invalid-traffic prevention
  • Data: advertising identifier (AAID/IDFA), device information, ad impression and click records, IP address

6. Advertising and Advertising Identifiers

The Service may display in-app advertisements (interstitial and rewarded ads) to users on the free plan, using Google AdMob, an advertising platform operated by Google LLC. Advertising identifiers are not used for any other purpose.

(1) Collection and sharing of advertising identifiers

• Data collected and shared: advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID (AAID), iOS Advertising Identifier (IDFA)), device information, approximate location (country/region level, derived from IP address), ad impression and click records
• Recipient: Google LLC (Google AdMob)
• Purpose: serving and measuring advertisements, providing personalized (interest-based) ads, frequency capping, and preventing invalid clicks and ad fraud
• Rewarded ad completion verification: to ensure rewards are granted accurately, we rely on the advertising provider's server-side verification callback. The only value passed through the advertising provider is a random, single-use verification token; it contains no account identifier, email address, or other membership information.
• Retention: governed by the advertising provider's own policy. See the Google Privacy Policy for details.

(2) Users to whom ads are not shown

We do not display in-app ads to, nor collect or share the advertising identifiers of, the following users. The ad SDK is not initialized at all for these users:

• Paid subscribers
• Users under 13 years of age
• Users whose age cannot be determined because no birth year was provided

(3) Opting out of personalized ads and resetting your advertising identifier

You may opt out of personalized advertising or reset your advertising identifier at any time in your device settings. If you opt out, ads may still appear but will not be based on your interests.

• Android: Settings > Google > All services > Ads > "Delete advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalization"
• iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking > turn off "Allow Apps to Request to Track" (if you decline the tracking request shown on first launch, the IDFA is not collected)
• Users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland: a consent dialog is shown on first launch where you can choose whether to consent to the use of your data for advertising purposes, and you can change this choice at any time.

7. User Rights

Users may request:

• Access to personal information
• Correction or deletion of personal information
• Account deletion
• Opt-out of personalized advertising (see Section 6(3))

8. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information.

9. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated due to legal or service changes. Updates will be announced within the Service.
