Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms ("Terms") govern the use of paid subscription services provided by AI Voca ("Service"). By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms in addition to the general Terms of Service.

1. Subscription Service

  1. AI Voca offers paid subscription plans that provide access to premium features, including but not limited to: Unlimited AI-generated vocabulary and learning features, Increased learning limits and premium content, Ad-free experience.
  2. Available subscription plans, pricing, and benefits are displayed within the app and may vary by region.

2. Payment and Automatic Renewal

  1. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly), depending on the plan selected.
  2. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  3. Payment will be charged to the user's App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
  4. The subscription fee for the next period will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

3. Managing and Canceling Subscriptions

  1. Users can manage or cancel their subscriptions through their App Store or Google Play account settings.
  2. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
  3. After cancellation, users will continue to have access to subscription features until the end of the current billing period.

4. Free Trials (If Applicable)

  1. If a free trial is offered, users will not be charged until the trial period ends.
  2. If the subscription is not canceled before the end of the free trial, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription.

5. Refund Policy

  1. Refunds are subject to the policies of the App Store or Google Play Store where the purchase was made.
  2. AI Voca does not process refunds directly and is not responsible for refund decisions made by the app marketplaces.
  3. Users must contact the relevant app store's customer support for refund requests.

6. Changes to Subscription Terms

  1. AI Voca may modify subscription plans, pricing, or these Terms due to operational or legal reasons.
  2. Any material changes will be communicated to users in advance within the app.

7. Termination of Subscription Service

AI Voca may suspend or terminate a subscription if the user violates the Terms of Service or these Subscription Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Subscription Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Effective Date

These Subscription Terms are effective as of February 1, 2026.
